‘The evolution of the anticommons – exploring the impact of stratum titled mixed use residential property on urban renewal’. A 2-year Australian Research Council funded MPhil scholarship at UNSW associated with the City Futures Research Centre and the City Planning Program ARC funded project ‘Reassembling the city: understanding resident-led collective property sales’.
